Grind Time Fitness owner William Beckford a four-year letter winner as a division 1 football player, pro football prospect, and certified personal trainer started GrindTime Fitness on the simple notion of ‘plan equals results’. By setting out to establish a personal training company that is sure to stand out beyond a field that is over populated with personal training companies that possess cookie cutter value. The goal here at GrindTime Fitness is the individual client, we work hard to create personalized exercise and performance programs that are as unique as each individual client. At GrindTime Fitness we have created an environment that will ensure each client’s success. As your expert fitness professionals, we are committed to helping you reach your fitness and performance goals.
Coach George Saliba has a history of being involved in a variety of different sports. While he ultimately chose not to further his athletic career on the collegiate level, he always felt something was missing and decided to become involved in a different way. As a student at Rutgers University, George served for five seasons as a student athletic trainer for the Rutgers Football team under Coach Schiano and Coach Flood. During that time, he was a part of four Bowl games. After graduating from Rutgers, George went on to earn his Master’s degree in Sports Performance and completed his post-graduate work in Rehabilitation Science and Sports Psychology. Through all of his studies and experiences, Coach George came to the realization that all young athletes need is direction through proper exercise and nutrition to be able to take their abilities even further. He is extremely passionate about his work and is driven by watching his young athletes succeed. Coach George has dedicated his life to working with young athletes and helping them progress to the next level in their athletic careers.
