Strength & Conditioning Training
The Grind Time Fitness Strength & Conditioning / Performance training programs are for high school and collegiate individuals and groups with the same methodology used in training professional athletes to support and prepare these athletes.
Training also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance. Athletes can either work in small groups or 1 on 1 with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.

Speed & Agility Training
Our program will give you a more explosive first step, visually improve your quickness, running form and mechanics and technique, top end speed and speed related performance!
Our speed and agility training program helps athletes increase quickness, enhance coordination, and develop fundamental speed skills. We implement programs that simulate game-like movements according to your sport, ultimately elevating your overall athletic and sport-specific performance. Through multidirectional drills, lateral agility, and a focus on clean mechanics, all athletes will gain an understanding of speed and agility training and its importance.
Combine Training
To get maximum results, our athletes receive individual training and nutrition strategies to help them gain that extra inch and extra tenth at the Combine. After the initial performance screenings, you’ll work 1 on 1 or in small position groups with coaches to give you personal attention. Utilizing the results of these tests, our team will customize training sessions to strengthen areas of weakness and instability while building overall strength, speed, power, and greater movement abilities.
