What We Offer
We offer Private (1 on 1) and Semi-private (4-6) training for those who like to work 1 on 1 with a trainer or in a small group and prefer more individualized attention and support. We also offer some exciting Bootcamp classes for the people that enjoy working in larger groups. All of our programs are of course…. ‘RESULTS’ oriented. 1 Trainer : 1 Client
Our one-on-one complete fitness solution can help you overcome those common obstacles and set you on the right path to achieving your health and fitness goals! You will work one-on-one with one of our certified personal trainers in a private studio. This trainer will first begin with a GT Fit Success Session (Consultation and Body Assessment) this session will give them the tools they need to begin creating a customized fitness and /or performance program that takes into consideration your current condition, your specific health and fitness goals, and any special requests for strong results and safe outcomes. The program designed will consist of a specific exercise routine that aligns directly to your general fitness or performance goals.
Small Group Training
1 Trainer : 4-6 Clients
If you’re more comfortable; working with just a few of other participants, are not fully ready for the large group setting, or enjoy training with other people while still getting that a little extra individualize attention. Then Semi-Private Training is the perfect option. In the GTF setting, you get the best of both worlds. Our Small Group Personal Training allows our clients to train with a certified personal trainer without the huge cost normally associated with working with a personal trainer 1 on 1. In groups of 4-6 clients at a time, you get to experience an atmosphere that is highly energetic, competitive, fun and of course… results oriented. Our Small Group Personal Training will allow you to build relationships, share accountability and enhance performance with your fellow ‘Grind Timers’.
Large Group Training
1 Trainer : 7+ Clients
Join one of our many awesome Bootcamp classes and experience a high intense, fun, training atmosphere that is sure to melt away that unwanted body fat while building muscle, which by the way… is the ideal way to get that body you want. Our classes consist of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) combined with strength, conditioning, plyometric training, and flexibility. Here at Grind Time Fitness, we pride ourselves on always building camps that are competitive, but fun.. challenging, but motivating and of course… results oriented. Whether you’re already an avid Boot Camper or completely new to Grind Time Fitness, get ready to be challenged like never before. With the use of steppers, dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance band and much much more. Every camp will be different, but we assure you that every camp will be Amazing!
