Our Youth Training Programs are structured for athletes ages 7-14. At this age group, it’s prime time to challenge young athletes as their neuro-muscular system is primed for adaptation and positive change. If we can expose youth athletes to different modes of exercise and guide them toward proper mechanics their bodies will do the rest by improving coordination, balance, strength, reactive ability, stability, and flexibility.

Classes are 60 minutes in length
Youth Classes For Ages 12-14 Years Old
This group builds on our movement learning goal and adds in body weight training to teach each athlete how to successfully and correctly learn upper and lower body exercises plus core exercises as well as work on their speed and agility skills while introducing them plyometric training.
High School Transition Program 8th Grade
This class is for athletes that already have a background in strength training and/or are preparing for high school. Classes will teach proper mechanics on all the major strength and power training exercises in a properly progress program that is specific to the athlete’s needs.
